In the beginning

One day in 2013, as Sheriʻs brother Dave was building a home for Woody and Kym Child in Waikii Ranch, he called to say he had found the perfect lot for us. As soon as we saw it, we fell in love with Lot 103. The striking auwai (gulch) that intersects itʻs entire length, gave it irresistible character, and we knew this was the place for our forever home.
