First Dirt!

After 9 years of anticipation, on September 29, 2022, (while Stephen and I were in the middle of a coffee with Parker parents!) the following image arrived from Dave.

By the time we were able to get up to the lot at the end of the workday, the fog had rolled in and we could barely see the land, but it was still exciting to see it!

This is the part of the process Dave calls "land sculpting."
